Jardines completes acquisition of I-MED Radiology Network

Jardine Matheson Holdings (Jardines) today announced the completion of the acquisition of I-MED Radiology Network (I-MED), a global leader in diagnostic imaging and teleradiology based in Australia.

The investment in I-MED is a significant step for Jardines as its first major investment since its transition to an investment company in 2025. It marks the beginning of building a new earnings growth pillar for Jardines and is aligned with Jardines’ strategy as an Asia Pacific-focused control owner of high-quality, scalable businesses and the 2030 objectives outlined at Jardines' Investor Day in June. As part of the transaction, Jardines will closely partner with I-MED’s management team to support the company’s continued growth and expansion.

Lincoln Pan, CEO of Jardine Matheson, said: “Jardines is proud to announce the completion of the acquisition of I-MED and to partner with the outstanding doctors and clinicians that make I-MED the leading radiology practice in Australia. I-MED is a trusted leader in radiology, with a long history of clinical excellence and a deep network of partners in its medical communities.”
