Dividend information

Shareholders will receive their cash dividends in United States dollars, unless they are registered on the Jersey branch register, where they will have the option to elect for sterling. These shareholders may make new currency elections by notifying the United Kingdom transfer agent in writing.

Shareholders holding their shares through CREST in the United Kingdom will receive their cash dividends in sterling only.

Shareholders holding their shares through The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (‘CDP’) in Singapore will receive their cash dividends in Singapore dollars if they are Direct Securities Account Holders who are on CDP’s Direct Crediting Service, as a Currency Conversion Service (‘CCY’) is automatically provided. These shareholders will have the option to elect for United States dollars by opting out of CCY three business days before each dividend payment date.
