Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that, on 16th August 2018, the combination of its wholly-owned food retail business, Rustan Supercenters, Inc., with Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. received the approval of the Philippine Competition Commission. Completion of this transaction is expected to take place in the next couple of months, at which time a further announcement will be made.
