We extend our deepest condolences to the residents of Wang Fuk Court and all those affected by the tragic Tai Po fire. We are profoundly grateful for the heroic efforts of the firefighters and emergency service workers who continue to work tirelessly to protect and support our Hong Kong community.
To support the relief efforts, Jardines and its portfolio companies have committed to donate HK$30 million to the government's Support Fund. In addition to this financial pledge, the Group is mobilising to provide over HK$5 million in essential in-kind donations and support services for those impacted. These efforts are being coordinated across the Group, including DFI Retail, Gammon, Hactl, Hongkong Land, Jardine Engineering Corporation, Jardine Restaurant Group, Jardine Schindler Group, Mandarin Oriental, and Zung Fu.
