Zung Fu has been awarded the ESG Strategy Award at The Hong Kong HR Awards 2021/22, organised by JobsDB. The award recognises organisations with a strong and comprehensive Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) approach, and which is also incorporated within its HR practices.

As a first-time and the sole winner of the ESG Strategy Award, Zung Fu strongly believes in creating a sustainable eco-system that positively shapes the future of mobility in Asia. Zung Fu adopts a Sustainable Future 2030 framework, built on three pillars including “Resource Management”, “Employee Development” and “Stakeholder Engagement”.

In 2021, Zung Fu embarked on its mission of reducing waste, by collaborating with external partners to introduce EV batteries recycling. The automotive group has also started developing a standardised set of low-carbon facility management and site upgrade guidelines to reduce carbon emissions across its facilities.
