Headquartered in Hong Kong, Gammon is an Asia-based construction group which has a reputation for delivering high quality projects across the region. The group is jointly owned by Jardine Matheson and Balfour Beatty. (50%)
Founded in 1974, Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a Joint Venture between Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong and Schindler Group located in Switzerland. Headquartered in Hong Kong, JSG designs, engineers, installs, maintains and modernises elevators, escalators and moving walkways across East and Southeast Asia. (50%)
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) is Hong Kong's largest independent air cargo terminal operator. It provides physical cargo handling and an extensive range of value-added customer services including freighter ramp handling. Hactl is owned by Jardine Pacific, Wharf, Hutchison and CNAC. (42%)
Jardine Restaurant Group (JRG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jardine Pacific, is one of the leading restaurant groups in Asia operating over 1,000 outlets under the KFC, Pizza Hut and PHD brands in Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, Taiwan and Vietnam. It is one of Yum’s largest international franchisees. (100%)
Zung Fu is a prominent automotive group in Hong Kong and Macau, with long standing partnerships with Mercedes-Benz as an Authorised Dealer for passenger cars and vans, and General Distributor for trucks and buses.
