In this episode of our sustainability video series, Thomas Mak, Co-Chair of Jardines’ Responsible Consumption Working Group and Group Supply Chain Management and Sustainability Director at Jardine Restaurant Group, shares how our businesses are managing resources efficiently by moving away from a linear consumption model to a closed-loop value chain. He showcases some of our creative solutions across the Group, such as turning waste cooking oil into biofuel and upcycling wooden pallets to make custom furniture to improve our communities.
