Gammon is an Asian-based construction services group that is jointly owned by Jardine Pacific and Balfour Beatty. Headquartered in Hong Kong for 60 years, the group also has extensive operations in mainland China and Southeast Asia. (50%)*
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), Hong Kong's largest independent air cargo terminal operator, owns and operates SuperTerminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport, which is the largest single multi-level air cargo terminal in the world. (42%)*
Jardine Aviation Services Group (JASG) is a market leader in airport ground handling, providing passenger and ramp services, flight control, load planning and crew care, while its Jardine Aviation Academy provides aviation professionals with some of the industry's most advanced operational and safety training programmes. The group holds interests in aviation and travel agency businesses in Hong Kong and China. (50%)*
Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) is a leading provider of engineering services, sourcing and contracting expertise. The company enables its customers to operate their facilities at world-class standards by providing the contracting expertise to design, supply and install building and specialised processes; facility operation and management; asset enhancement and energy management; and the sourcing of electrical and mechanical equipment and architectural fixtures. Group
Jardine Restaurant Group (JRG) operates over 810 outlets with more than 25,000 employees, making it one of the leading restaurant groups in Asia. JRG is one of Yum’s largest international franchisees, with operations under Pizza Hut in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam and Myanmar together with KFC in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Vietnam. Jardine Schindler Group (JSG), a joint venture with the Schindler Group of Switzerland, designs, engineers, installs, maintains and modernises all types of lifts, escalators and moving walkways. JSG has operations in Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam. (50%)*
Jardine Travel Group is one of the leading corporate travel management firms in Hong Kong. The company also acts as a wholesaler for a number of top airlines providing ticketing services to other travel agents. (55%)*
JTH Group provides technology solutions and consultancy to people and businesses across Asia, enabling organisations to benefit from the full range of emerging and established technologies. With over 60 years' experience in Asia's technology industry, the group supports business units including Adura Cyber Security, Innovix Distribution and JOS. Jardine Pacific also manages Jardine Strategic's 28% interest in Hong Kong-listed Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited. Greatview is the second-largest supplier of aseptic packaging in China and the third-largest globally. It operates in multiple locations across Asia, Europe, North and South America.
