MINDSET is a registered charity in Hong Kong founded in 2002 by the Jardine Matheson Group, focused on making a difference in the under-resourced area of mental health, with its young executive volunteers, the Jardine Ambassadors, at the forefront.

It aims to change people’s attitudes by raising awareness and understanding of mental health issues, as well as providing direct assistance for individuals, families and organisations in need of help.

Following on from the success of the Group’s MINDSET programme in Hong Kong, this social initiative was introduced in Singapore in late 2010 with a local incorporated charity, MINDSET Care Limited.

The initiative is led by the Jardine Ambassadors, young executives from across the Group that dedicate their time to community projects for a two-year commitment.
