Automotive
THACO imports, manufactures, assembles, distributes and retails passenger cars and commercial vehicles. It has 2.4 million sqm of industrial parks for the manufacturing of vehicles in Chu Lai and a retail network of over 450 dealerships across Vietnam.
Real Estate
Develops residential and commercial properties including the flagship Sala City project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. THACO further participates in the investment, construction and management of public infrastructure, industrial parks, integrated urban areas and other strategic real estate projects that supports THACO’s broader multi-industry ecosystem.
Agriculture
Invests and operates large-scale industrial and organic agricultural businesses, with a primary focus on banana cultivation. In addition, THACO processes agricultural products and materials for export. THACO’s agricultural footprint spans approximately 86,000 ha across Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam.
Industrial & Logistics
Manufactures automotive components, semi-trailers, industrial equipment, household goods and raw materials at THACO’s large-scale 320 ha mechanical production in Chu Lai, as well as offers comprehensive R&D and production solutions for customers and partners.
Logistics
Participates in integrated logistics services, including warehousing, freight forwarding, port operations, and road transportations. Its Chu Lai Port serves a strategic logistics hub connecting Central Vietnam with Southern Laos and Northern Cambodia with ambitions to become a specialised container port serving as a domestic and international cargo transhipment centre.
Commerce & Services
Develop and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and service businesses, including shopping centres, hypermarkets, automotive showrooms, serviced apartments, offices, hotels as well as dining, entertainment and convention venues. THACO also operates other complementary retail services with strategic partners, forming a holistic commerce-service ecosystem.
