Adam Keswick
Deputy Chairman & Deputy Managing Director
Mr Adam Keswick was appointed Deputy Chairman and Deputy Managing Director of Jardine Matheson Limited in April 2012. Having first joined the Group in 2001, he has been a Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited since 2007 and was appointed Deputy Managing Director in April 2012. He is chairman of Jardine Pacific and chairman and chief executive of Jardine Motors.
Mark Greenberg
Group Strategy Director
Mr Greenberg joined the Company in 2006 as Group Strategy Director. He had worked in investment banking in London for 16 years before joining the Group. He became a Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited in April 2008.
David Hsu
Mr Hsu joined the Board of the Company in April 2011. He is chairman of Jardine Matheson (China) with responsibility for supporting the Group's business developments in mainland China, Taiwan and Macau. He was previously chief executive of J.P. Morgan Asset Management in the Asia Pacific Region.
Y.K. Pang
Mr Pang was appointed a Director in 2003, and he is a director of Jardine Matheson (China) Limited. He is chief executive of Hongkong Land and has previously held a number of senior executive positions in the Group, having first joined in 1984.
James Riley
Group Finance Director
Mr Riley has been a Director since 2001, and is Group Finance Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited. He was Chief Financial Officer of the Group from 2005 to March 2007, having first joined Jardine Matheson in 1993.
Giles White
Group General Counsel
Mr White joined the Board of the Company in 2009, and is Group General Counsel of Jardine Matheson. He became a Director of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited on 1st January 2010. Formerly, he was Asia managing partner of Linklaters, a leading international law firm.
