Helping people get back to work

Returning to work after a period of ill health can be difficult for those recovering from mental illness.

Through MINDSET, we help to support the reintegration of those recovering from mental illness through our Job Training Programme and promote their acceptance in the workplace.

Job Training Programme

Our Job Training Programme provides training opportunities, ranging from three-month to year-long placements within the Group, to rehabilitated individuals to support their reintegration into society. Currently, there are 31 training positions across the Group.

Our Jardine Ambassadors organise workshops with mental health professionals to explain to our employees how best to work with the rehabilitated, how to safeguard their mental health and to tackle the stigma of mental illness in the workplace.

Empowering People in Recovery

The Jardine Ambassadors organise a wide range of activities such as the MINDSET Talent Show and volunteering activities to empower those who suffer or have recovered from a mental illness and help enhance their self-confidence, in collaboration with the partnering NGOs and hospitals.
