The Pride in Performance (PIP) Awards programme is designed to recognize and reward outstanding performances that embody these Group values.

The 2010 PIP programme has sought out teams at the operational level within the Jardine Matheson Group's businesses whose team members have produced outstanding achievements in demonstrating the Group's values.

This year, 21 submissions entered the five award categories of Customer Focus, Marketing Excellence, Successful New Venture, Innovation and Creativity, and Business Outperformance. The 2010 Judging Committee has selected the Grand Prize Winner and the Category Winners as follows:
