In-School Programme - Slogan Design Competition
All participating schools in the 'Health In Mind' Programme have launched their in-school activities to promote mental well-being. Among the activities to date was a slogan design competition organized by HKTA The Yuen Yuen Institute No. 1 Secondary School held in October 2005. With the themes 'Build Up Self-Confidence' and 'Withstand Temptation', this competition aimed to encourage students' self-confidence and to help them resist temptations often faced during adolescence such as drug abuse. The competition was divided into primary and advanced levels and students worked very hard to create slogans that demonstrated originality.

校內推廣活動 - 標語創作比賽
各參與「Teen使行動」的學校已分別於校內舉行推廣精神健康的活動。其中香港道教聯合會圓玄學院第一中學於去年十月份舉行標語創作比賽，比賽的題目為「建立自信」和「抵擋誘惑」。是次活動的目的是希望鼓勵同學們提升自信及幫助他們抵擋於青春期期間經常遇到的各種誘惑，例如服用軟性藥物。是次比賽分為初級及高級組。以下是得獎之標語：

初級組
冠軍 - 自信過人，成績超群
亞軍 - 建立自信好處多，充滿信心辦事妥
季軍 - 建立自信，你我有心；建立自信，叻到爆燈

高級組

Health in Mind Students Share Chinese New Year Celebrations
Students from the Health in Mind participating school, TWGHs S.C.Gaw Memorial College, invited 28 residents of Yan Kwan Halfway House to attend the School's Open Day and share a Chinese New Year celebration dinner on 21st January, 2006. The halfway hostel residents particularly liked the game booths and enjoyed the dinner joined by over 80 people. The students brought excitement to the event with various performances and interactive games such as magic shows. Finally, God of Fortune presented Lai See packets to all the visitors.

「Teen使行動」參與學校舉辦新年團年聚餐
「Teen使行動」學校東華三院吳祥川紀念中學之學生，於二零零六年一月二十一日邀請了二十八位浸會愛群社會服務處欣群中途宿舍院友參觀學校開放日及出席新年團年聚餐。當日各院友對校內的攤位遊戲甚感興趣。而當晚的聚餐除了探訪學校的院友外，宿舍其他的院友共八十人也前來參予，場面非常熱鬧。同學們更於聚餐期間準備了一連串表演活動及互動遊戲，氣氛相當融合。財神亦有出現大派利是，為活動增添濃厚的新年氣氛。

Workshop on Sex
On 12th November 2005, Healtn in Mind students from the ten participating secondary schools attended a workshop on sex conducted by Dr Tsang Fan Kwong, Senior Medical Officer of the Castle Peak Hospital. During the workshop, Dr. Tsang delivered clear and valuable messages aimed at helping students acquire a balanced outlook toward sex. Through the interesting and fun presentation as well as various interactive role-play activities, students were empowered with the correct attitude and values to tackle this often sensitive subject.

「談情說性」工作坊
於二零零五年十一月十二日，超過一百名來自十間中學的學生參加了由青山醫院精神科高級主任曾繁光醫生主講有關性的工作坊。講座目的是透過曾醫生的精采演繹及各項互動的角色扮演活動，將清晰而深入的性知識及資訊傳遞給學生，讓學生有機會思考及建立自己對性的正確態度及價值。

Workshops on Love and Substance Abuse
Two workshops on love and substance abuse were held on 11th February, 2006. The first one on love was conducted by Rachel Poon, Senior Clinical Psychologist of Kwai Chung Hospital. She shared with students ways in which they could solve problems they might encounter in both a normal and tangled relationship. Through interactive activities and role play, the students learnt the importance of respecting oneself and others during adolescence.

In another workshop, Dr. Ben Cheung, Senior Medical Officer, Substance Abuse Assessment Clinic of Kwai Chung Hospital, shared his professional knowledge on drugs and the adverse effects of drug abuse. At the end of the session, students carried home a very clear and positive message that they should say 'no' to drugs.

「愛與誠」、「濫藥無用」工作坊
「Teen使行動」於二零零六年二月十一日舉行了兩個分別關於愛和濫用藥物的工作坊。第一個工作坊由葵涌醫院高級心理學家潘麥瑞雯醫生主講，主題為「愛與誠」。麥醫生與同學分享在處理錯縱複雜的感情問題時應持的正確態度。工作坊的目標是讓學生理解戀愛的定義。學習尊重別人，尊重自己是成長歷程中重要的一環。

而下午舉行的「濫藥無用」工作坊，則由葵涌醫院藥物誤用評估中心主管高級醫生張建良講解各類毒品對身心的損害。講座結束後，學生加深了對藥物的正確認識，及對待藥物的正確態度。

Health in Mind Students Accompany Patients on City Day Out
On 25th February, Health in Mind students acted as guides for patients from Castle Peak and Kwai Chung hospitals during a day outside their institutional environment.

City Orienteering was a joint event organized by Jardine Ambassadors from the Education and Prevention, and Reintegration groups. Assisted by the Ambassadors, the students and the patients worked together to complete four different tasks within a timeframe of four fours.

As commented by one of the participating JAs, "Not only did the patients rebuild and regain confidence, but the students' own preconceived attitudes towards people suffering from mental illness changed for the better."

「城市追蹤」活動
教育及預防與融合小組於二月二十五日攜手舉辦「城市追蹤」活動。在怡和親善大使的協助下，參與「天使行動」計劃的學生大使與青山醫院及葵涌醫院的院友各組成四至六人的組合，在限定的四小時內完成四項指令。是次活動不但幫助院友重新建立自信，學生大使亦通過是次接觸減少對精神病患者的歧視。
