Job Placement Programme
One of the goals of MINDSET is to help rehabilitated patients to re-gain their self-confidence, to live an independent life and to re-integrate into the society. In 2004, the Re-integration Group initiated the Job Placement Pilot Programme within three Jardines units and by now, the programme has been officially launched across the Group.

An official Charter Signing Ceremony promoting the programme was held on 19th January, 2005 as part of the 2005 Jardine Ambassadors Programme Launching Ceremony. Mr Percy Weatherall, Managing Director of Jardine Matheson along with representatives from 21 Group companies that supported the programme signed on the Charter. Under this programme the Ambassadors of the Re-integration Group will strive to provide training and employment opportunities within Jardines to rehabilitated individuals.

就業安排和培訓計劃
「思健」其中一個目標是幫助精神病康復者重拾自信，學習過獨立的生活和融入社會。因此，在二零零四年，融合小組於三間集團公司推行了一個專為精神病康復者而設的就業安排和培訓試辦計劃。經過一年的試行及檢討，計劃已推廣至其他集團公司。

得到二十一間集團公司的支持，融合小組在二零零五年一月十九日怡和親善大使送舊迎新的儀式中，舉行了一個約章簽署儀式。由集團常務董事韋德樂率先簽署，其後二十一位公司代表陸續在約章上簽署。儀式雖然簡單，但意義重大。我們會盡力為康復者提供平等的就業機會和培訓、令他們早日融入社會。

Castle Peak Hospital Open Day
On 20th November 2004, the Ambassadors were being invited to join the Castle Peak Hospital open day and to conduct a trial run of a self learning educational tool designed for handling emotional stress. The software is developed by its in-house specialists and funded by MINDSET under the Project SEPAL. Through active participation in this event, the Ambassadors learnt that mental illness can be prevented and that there are ways to deal with stress. At the same time, people suffering from mental illness can live a normal life again provided that they are given the appropriate treatment by properly trained professionals and most importantly love and understanding from families and friends.

青山醫院開放日
於去年十一月二十日，怡和親善大使獲邀參觀青山醫院開放日，並率先試驗了一套有關精神健康和減壓的自學軟件。這套軟件是由青山醫院多位專家研發、透過「思健」撥款贊助的「花萼行動」提供資金援助。於是次活動中，怡和親善大使獲益不少，並認識到只要接受專業人士提供合適的治療及得到家人及朋友的關懷，精神康復者便可融入社會過正常的生活。

IKEA Visit - Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service
A group of ex-mentally ill patients under the Occupational Training Programme organized by Baptist Oi Kwan paid a visit to IKEA's Shatin Store on 5th November 2004. During the visit, IKEA's staff explained in detail the operation of this retail business; demonstrated how to be a customer-oriented salesperson; and how to be an efficient cashier. Other than sharing their work experience, staff from the design department also shared with the participants the fun and happiness working at IKEA. The visit ended with a treat of Sweden dishes in the store restaurant and the participants found the discussion with the shop manager very fruitful.

浸會愛群服務社 ─ 參觀宜家傢俬
浸會愛群服務社一班修讀零售業再培訓課程的精神康復者，特別獲安排於去年十一月五日參觀沙田宜家傢俬 (IKEA) 以了解零售業之運作。參觀當日，數名售貨員及收銀員向參觀學員示範有禮接待顧客的標準，而設計部同事亦與他們分享工作樂趣。最後各學員於IKEA餐廳享用瑞典美食及與店鋪經理討論有關零售業方面的問題。

Dairy Farm Family Fun Day
The Jardine Ambassadors of the Reintegration Group invited 50 clients and family members of Hong Chi Association to join the Dairy Farm Family Fun Day on 14th November, 2004. Hong Chi Association was the largest non-governmental organization providing services to mentally disabled and their families, to develop their potentials with an aim to help them re-integrate back into society. On the day, all participants have great fun in various games and winning fabulous gifts.

牛奶公司家庭同樂日
怡和親善大使之融合小組誠邀了50位匡智會會友及其家人，於去年十一月十四日一同參加牛奶公司家庭同樂日。

匡智會乃全港最大、專為智障人士及其家人提供服務的非牟利機構，藉此幫助他們盡展潛能，全面融入社會。活動當日，各人盡情地參與多項攤位遊戲，贏取精美的獎品以作紀念。
